Membership criteria

If your main objective to provide your customers with the best possible service, and

• You are a company operating as a translation agency, your main objective being the provision of translation services;
• Your revenues for the previous year amounted to 50,000 euros (or the equivalent in RON) or more;
• You accept the terms and conditions of the ABTR Work Standards and the ABTR Code of Ethics (an inspection is carried out annually), and
• You accept the terms and conditions of the ABTR Work Standards and the ABTR Code of Ethics. This will be followed up annually, and
• You pay the membership fees :-)

• Full member or
• Certified member

The major difference between the 2 types is that full members may attend ABTR meetings and may submit proposals relating to working standards and the general policies of the Association.
