Code of ethics

Since a "tidy" working environment requires that all members of the community act properly, ABTR has established an internal code of conduct designed to support members in their practices.

The Code of Ethics of ABTR includes:

• Regulating the methods used by colleagues to assist each other when working on large projects;
• Outlawing ‘negative’ advertising;
• Supporting fair competition and fiscally-certified services;
• Prohibiting price dumping and misleading advertising;
• Safeguarding the confidentiality of materials for customers;
• Supporting the improvement of service quality and better customer satisfaction.
